By accessing or using Keelson's CRM and customer success platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Keelson provides a unified customer platform that helps businesses manage customer relationships, track health scores, automate workflows, and drive revenue growth across the entire customer lifecycle.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Your Data

You retain all rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will provide you the ability to export your data for a reasonable period after termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keelson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
